I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect – just a 3-minute walk to the sea. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the view from the windows is absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and having a parking spot was a big plus. The neighbor is very kind and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Séjour idyllique entre Perast et Kotor 😀 - La vue exceptionnelle sur la Baie de Kotor! Les photos ne sont pas trompeuses, au contraire, elles ne rendent même pas totalement compte de la sublime vue offerte par la terrasse et les balcons de cette belle maison de vacances. La maison est très spacieuse, aérée, lumineuse, et confortable. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bains et ses toilettes (dans la chambre ou attenantes). La grande terrasse vous incitera tout naturellement à en profiter le soir pour y organiser un barbecue. La localisation de la maison (Orahovac) est à la fois proche de la ville de Kotor, mais en même temps suffisamment éloignée que pour être épargnée de la nervosité débridée de la ville envahie de touristes. C'est vraiment l'idéal pour une grande famille ou un groupe d'amis. Ana (qui gère le suivi sur place, en contact via whatsapp) s'est montrée disponible et serviable. A noter qu'un excellent restaurant front de mer (Casa del Mare) se trouve à 100m de la maison. 😞 - Le seul bémol réside dans le fait qu'au moins 2 douches avaient une fuite d'eau au niveau de la jointure avec le sol, ce qui a pu rendre la sortie de douche moins confortable et un peu périlleuse pour certains d'entre nous. Un petit entretien s'impose, et l'expérience gloable sera parfaite. 🙂

Spacious villa with fabulous views in a great location 😀 - Great location. So glad we stayed in this village rather than Kotor or Perast. It was not on the main road so quiet. We could go to those places for the day and then get away from the tourist hordes in our villa. The terrace overlooking the sea is fabulous and the views to die for. Two nice restaurants and a great mussel farm bar in the village so you don’t need to drive to go out to dinner. The house is really spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Ana was super quick to reply to our only query ( needed some washing powder). Would definitely recommend. 😞 - Slightly shabby around the edges now and maybe a bit expensive.

😀 - Labai graži ir rami vieta šalia paplūdimio, kiekvienas kambarys turi po vonios kambarį, didelė talpi teresa, svetainė, puikus vaizdas į įlanką. Šalia yra keli restoranai, kuriame galima skaniai pavalgyti. Ideali vieta šeimai arba draugų kompanijai.

The best choice for Kotor Bay 😀 - The house is amazing: spacious, beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and with two parking places. As for the beach, it is less than 2 minutes away from the house and it's not very crowded, probably because it's small and rocky. We think this is the perfect choice for the accommodation if you ever decide to take a trip to Kotor Bay

House is fantastic, local people (Ana and neighbors) are super friendly and helpful - we will be back for sure. 😀 - House is gorgeous. Each room with separate bath and toilet. Living room is huge and balcony (at both floor) are great, with direct view to the sea.

We enjoyed the stay very much We had the most enjoyable experience in Villa Hollick. The Villa itself is really big and is decorated beautifully. The place was big enough and our family of 5 adults stayed in it very comfortably. The kitchen is highly stuffed with everything you could think of , and the view is breathtaking. Overall , a great holiday.

A wonderful stay in a comfortable house right on the beach Beautifully situated large house in a charming village, from which there is easy and quick access to the various attractions of the Bay of Kotor. For four adults and five children, this house was perfect! The big advantage is as many as five bathrooms, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a beautiful view of the bay. There is a very good Amfora restaurant nearby. You have to cross the road to get to the beach. The house is large, comfortable, beautifully situated and for us it was perfect !! We recommend it very much !! We will definitely be back!
