About Us

We are a farming family from England who in 2007 bought a two-bedroom villa in the small fishing village of Orahovac close to the sea which we re-built into the beautiful modern villa you see today.

We love this villa as it is a wonderful place for family to holiday together, relax and enjoy the amazing views of the Bay of Kotor and Mountains behind. It is a very family orientated village, with local families living there all year.

Since then we have seen Montenegro develop with Porto Montenegro, Porto Novi, Lustica Bay, Perast and firmly made a place to visit.

  • There is no set changeover day
  • Check-in is any time after 3pm, and check-out by 10am
  •  We have a cot suitable for a baby up to 1 year which is free, a bigger cot can be provided for €50 per stay inclusive of sheets and laundry payable on arrival.
  • Low season (Sept-June) minimum Stay 3 days
  • High Season (July-August) minimum stay 1 week but we will accept bookings to fill in gaps with a minimum stay of 3 days
  • Prices are based on 8 people renting per week 
  • There is a local tax of €1 per person per day for anyone over 12. This will need paying within 24 hours of arrival. Our agent can arrange this for you

A wonderful stay in a comfortable house right on the beach

Beautifully situated large house in a charming village, from which there is easy and quick access to the various attractions of the Bay of Kotor. For four adults and five children, this house was perfect! The big advantage is as many as five bathrooms, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a beautiful view of the bay. There is a very good Amfora restaurant nearby. You have to cross the road to get to the beach. The house is large, comfortable, beautifully situated and for us it was perfect !! We recommend it very much !! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Villa

Villa Hollick is a lovely spacious Villa in beautiful Orahovac. The Villa has everything you could need and was clean and spacious. The location of the Villa couldn't be any better just a few minutes drive out of Kotor with peaceful views of the bay and is only metres from the beach! Orahovac has some lovely restaurants and bars overlooking the sea and never too busy. Would definitely recommend this Villa as well as the host who made sure our stay was as wonderful as possible. Definitely one of the nicest Villas we've ever stayed in and in one of the most beautiful countries! Will definitely visit again!
