Orahovac Villa
With four ensuite bedrooms, this spacious seaside villa has an open-plan living area, multiple balconies with stunning
sea and mountain views, a beautiful outdoor dining area, and is a mere 20 metres from the beach in the
picturesque village of Orahovac.
Orahovoc Villa
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has central heating, duvets and blankets for the winter months. There is also free WiFi, plus parking for one car at the front. We can arrange for parking for another car 5 minutes walk away at a small charge.
The open-plan living area includes:
- Large seating area and Smart TV
- Large terrace with table and chairs suitable for up to 8 people
- 2 Sun loungers are also available
- Well equipped kitchen with an additional dining table
- Patio area with BBQ, small table and 4 chairs.
One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and includes a king-sized bed plus a double sofa bed and room for a cot (which can be supplied on request). On the top floor we have three bedrooms, two with king-sized beds and one with twin beds. All bedrooms have their own shower rooms and balconies. The two double rooms have a sea view, and the twin room has a mountain view.
Accessibility: The villa is not suitable for people with restricted mobility.
Local info: The local village shop is open most of the year, but all shops are shut on Sundays. The night life is good in Kotor old town with lots of cafes and restaurants. The local bus service runs until quite late between Kotor and Risan, there is also a local taxi company.

Each ensuite has its own hot water heater, so there should be no shortage of hot water.

Bedroom 3
Two twin beds, shower room, balcony and mountain view.
Bedroom 4
This ground floor room is suitable for young families as there is no balcony and it is away from all other bedrooms.
The window opens on to a small terrace which is fenced from the road.

The Living Space
The spacious open-plan seating area is kitted out with a large sofa, two arm chairs, a Smart TV and French windows on to the terrace over-looking the Bay of Kotor.
If you walk through the arch at the far side of the living area you will find our modern, fitted kitchen with hob, cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, mixer/ liquidizer, toaster, utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, freezer box, plus a large dining table and eight chairs.
